Build scenario: BOOTSTRAPPING_WITH_MINDY

configure didn't find a pre-installed Dylan-to-C compiler.
This means we have to bootstrap using a Dylan interpreter
written in C. The interpreter is called mindy.

Bootstrapping is a lengthy process. You're definitely
encouraged to check whether there's a pre-built
Gwydion for your system, install that, and then re-run
configure here. If you have trouble with the pre-built
compiler, or if there's no pre-built compiler at all,
go on with the bootstrapping.

Of course, if you're too lazy to install the binary, and
don't mind waiting for up to a day, you can go on too.

If your platform isn't officially supported yet, you will want
to consult the porting and maintenance guide available at
<http://www.gwydiondylan.org/> before starting.
